These terms describe the current product rules. They should be read together with the Privacy page and the plan details shown at purchase.

Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your signed-in account and should not share access in a way that bypasses eligibility, payment, or safety controls.
Acceptable use
You may not use the product to generate adult sexual images, explicit sexual activity, exposed genitals, minors, age-ambiguous subjects, public figures, strangers, deceptive impersonation, harassment, exploitation, unlawful content, or attempts to bypass security, quotas, moderation, or payment controls. Product rules and generation-provider safeguards refuse these requests.
Memberships, credits, and payments
Available plans, prices, currencies, included credits, and billing periods are shown before purchase. PayPal currently handles payment approval. If Stripe or another payment provider is added later, the purchase flow will identify that service. Credits are product units rather than cash, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are debited according to the generation cost shown in the interface. Recorded generation failures receive the product’s automatic credit-refund treatment.
Renewals, cancellation, and refunds
Memberships renew according to the billing period shown at purchase. After cancellation, access usually continues until the end of the paid period. Issued or used credits, generation jobs that have started processing, and delivered digital results are generally not cash-refundable. Duplicate charges, payment errors, or platform-required disputes are handled under payment-platform rules, applicable law, and the Refund Policy.
AI-generated results
Generated images can be inaccurate or inconsistent. You must review identity, anatomy, hands, clothing, text, logos, and background details before using or publishing a result. A Look provides creative direction and does not guarantee an identical output or transfer rights in another person’s identity, brand, or work.
Public Looks, indexed content, and source links
Public Looks are a separate, reviewed inspiration library built from AI works publicly shared on third-party platforms such as X/Twitter. They are indexed to help users discover Prompts, composition, styling, and Look direction. Original creators retain their rights. Source attribution and original-post links are provided where available. Access to a source API or public endpoint does not by itself establish ownership of an image, endorsement by the creator, or permission to copy a protected work.
Rights and removal requests
You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded photos, Prompts, and use of generated results do not violate another person’s rights. If you are a creator or rights holder and believe a public Look, indexed source, source link, or generated item raises copyright, likeness, trademark, privacy, or authorization concerns, submit a removal or appeal request at support@blingblingup.app.
Availability and enforcement
The service may change features, models, plans, limits, or supported providers. Access may be restricted for security, abuse, payment reversal, legal risk, or violation of these terms. The product does not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular creative result.
Ending use
You can stop creating, cancel an eligible subscription, remove available private assets, or request account deletion through product controls. Some billing, security, dispute, and reconciliation records may remain where reasonably necessary after content deletion. Account, payment, removal, or enforcement requests can be submitted at support@blingblingup.app.
