PRIVACY

Private creation needs understandable data boundaries.

This page describes the current product data flow. It distinguishes your private account content from the separately reviewed public Look gallery.

Information we process

Account records include Google subject ID, email, display name, profile image, account status, credit balance, consent version, consent timestamp, and timestamps. Product records can include memberships, PayPal transaction identifiers, credit ledger entries, Saved Looks, viewing history, Glam Profiles, generation jobs, download records, and generated image assets.

We do not store Google access or refresh tokens. Payment-card entry, PayPal account login, and payment instruments are handled by PayPal.

02

Source photos and generated results

Source images and generated results are stored in private object storage and accessed through authenticated product endpoints. They are used to provide the requested profile and generation features. They do not enter the public Look gallery automatically. BlingBling Up does not provide adult sexual image generation and refuses explicit sexual activity, exposed genitals, minors, age-ambiguous subjects, unauthorized people, and non-consensual identity cloning.

03

Service providers

The product uses Google for sign-in, PayPal for payment approval and subscription state, Cloudflare infrastructure for application, database, and private object storage, and the configured image-generation provider to process authorized generation requests. Each provider processes data needed for its role; product rules and provider safeguards refuse adult sexual, minor-related, unauthorized-person, and otherwise prohibited requests. If Stripe or another payment provider is added later, this page and the purchase flow should identify that provider.

05

Retention and deletion

Account and billing records are kept as needed to operate balances, subscriptions, security, reconciliation, tax, disputes, and product history. Users can delete Glam Profiles and generated results through product controls. Account deletion uses a dedicated cleanup workflow that cancels active subscriptions where possible and removes associated private assets and account data. Records required for legal, payment reconciliation, or safety reasons may remain for a reasonable period.

06

Security and access control

Private asset routes require an active authenticated user and verify ownership in the database. Administrative routes require a server-side Google email allowlist. The product applies origin checks, bounded request parsing, rate limits, image validation, private R2 storage, and payment webhook verification.

07

Your choices and policy changes

You can choose not to generate, remove private assets, cancel an eligible subscription, or request account deletion through the available product controls. Material changes to this page should be reflected by an updated date and, where appropriate, a new consent version that users must confirm.

08

Contact and requests

For privacy, deletion, payment reconciliation, copyright, likeness, source-removal, or indexed-content questions, contact support@blingblingup.app. Requests are handled according to request type, identity verification, payment-platform rules, and applicable law.
