This policy explains what is allowed, what is not allowed, and how BlingBling Up handles content or behavior that puts people, rights, payments, or the service at risk.
Allowed use
You may create fashion, lifestyle, beauty, editorial, travel, celebration, profile, and personal-brand images using photos of yourself or adults who have clearly authorized this use. Public Looks may be used as creative direction for light, styling, composition, mood, and setting.
Photo permission
You may not upload strangers, public figures, nonpublic photos obtained without permission, or photos where the person is a minor or may reasonably appear under 18. You are responsible for confirming that each uploaded person is an authorized adult.
Sexual and nude content
The service rejects adult pornography, explicit sexual activity, exposed genitals, visible nipples, fetish content, coercive sexual framing, and attempts to make a person appear nude or sexually available. Swimwear, lingerie, or fashion styling may be present in public inspiration only when it stays within the product’s non-explicit adult fashion boundary and passes review.
Identity abuse
Do not use the product for non-consensual impersonation, deceptive dating or professional identity, public-figure cloning, harassment, humiliation, blackmail, stalking, fraud, political persuasion, or content meant to make someone appear to say, do, or endorse something they did not authorize.
Illegal or harmful content
Do not create or distribute content involving child exploitation, abuse, self-harm instructions, threats, hate, graphic violence, criminal activity, regulated goods, malware, credential theft, spam, or instructions for bypassing moderation, security, billing, usage limits, or provider safeguards.
Copyright, brands, and likeness
Do not upload or request content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. A public Look is creative inspiration, not permission to copy another person’s identity, protected work, logo, product, or commercial campaign. Indexed public content remains owned by its original creator or rights holder.
Public gallery submissions and indexing
Public content candidates can come from AI works publicly shared on third-party platforms and must pass automated checks and human review before publication. Review decisions can consider adult eligibility, non-explicit boundaries, source integrity, Prompt completeness, image safety, rights concerns, and overall fit for the product. Creators or rights holders can request removal at support@blingblingup.app.
Enforcement
We may block a request, remove content, hide public Looks, restrict account access, refuse a refund where misuse occurred, preserve records needed for safety or disputes, or report serious abuse when required. Removal, rights, or appeal requests can be sent to support@blingblingup.app.
